Registration Information
REGISTRATION DEADLINE:
The registration deadline has been extended until February 20th, 2009 to allow schools to finalize their delegation and chaperone. To help us out with billeting, if you have not yet registered, please send us a quick email letting us know that you are planning on coming.

REGSITRATION COST:
The cost of the conference is $550 CDN for each Chaperone and Delegate.

DELEGATION SIZE:
Young Round Square of the Americas Schools may bring 1 chaperone and 2 delegates per school. International Schools - please contact lmcknight@fernhillschool.com for registration details, including delegate size.
YRSA member schools will have first priority to register. After February 20th, we will open up registration to other Round Square International Schools on a first come first served basis.
VISA INFORMATION for Entering Canada:
Many of you do not require visas to enter Canada for your participation in the Young Round Square of the America's Conference 2009. However, some of you will have to apply for a visa to enter Canada. If you are a school from India, Oman, Peru, South Africa, Kenya or Thailand, you will need to apply for a Visitor’s Visa as soon as possible at your country’s Canadian Embassy, a Canadian Consulate or a Visa Office at the nearest location. Please note that obtaining a visa may take several weeks.
REFUND POLICY:
If you have a delegate that is unable to attend after registration, we are able to give a $275 CDN refund up to March 1st, 2009. After this point we are unable to offer any refunds.
MEDIA RELEASE:
Please note that we will not be asking delegates to fill in media release forms (this is when you give us permission to use your images on the conference website, in the local news or in school publications). If you have a delegate who can NOT be in conference photos (print and digital), please let us know his or her name, and we will plan for it.
