The 5th Annual Conference 2009: Pre-Conference

PRE-CONFERENCE

Thursday, April 23rd to Sunday, April 26th, 2009

This pre-conference will be offered on a first come basis as we only have space for 47 people.

Please indicate on your registration forms if you would like to attend the pre-conference. There is not a separate registration form for the Pre-Conference.  Registration deadline is  February 1st, 2009.
