BILLETING

Student Delegates will be billeted with a Fern Hill or Appleby College family. Please be sure to answer all the billeting questions on the Registration Form.

HOTEL ACCOMODATIONS

Only adults should be booking hotel accommodations for themselves. Students will be billeted.

Billeting is available for all Chaperones – this is only an option and is not included in your conference registration fee. We will provide a shuttle to the hotel at night and to the conference event first thing in the morning.

The Conference hotel in Oakville is the Monte Carlo Inn Oakville.

Conference dates: April 26 – May 1st, 2009 inclusive, checking out May 1st.

IMPORTANT: We will be staying at Onondaga Farms for Monday and Tuesday nights.

You must say that you are with the Young Round Square of the Americas Conference in order to receive these rates.

Reservations must be booked by March 15th, 2009 to receive this rate.
