2) MEDIA RELEASE:
Please note that we will not be asking delegates to fill in media release forms (this is when you give us permission to use your images on the conference website, in the local news or in school publications). If you have a delegate who can NOT be in conference photos (print and digital), please let us know his or her name, and we will plan for it.

Chaperones - book hotel if you don't wish to be billeted
* FYI There are 14 Chaperones staying in the Monte Carlo Inn.
We will be emailing billeting assignments in early April so that you and your students may contact the family before the conference to say hello!
